I’ve been floating around Louisville every 4 -6 weeks trying out different barbers and salons trying to find someone that can give me the perfect cut. I also have a wedding coming up and I want to look perfect that day since we’re spending so much money on a photographer. It was getting a little close to the wire (the wedding is in a week!) I scoured Google for the best reviewed men’s salon and landed on 18/8. I called and got an appointment with Maddi and I’m happy to announce I may have found the hair stylist Ive been looking for. My beard cut was perfectly shaped and the exact length I wanted and for my haircut I showed her a picture of a really good cut I had 5 years ago and she used aspects of it but also did her own thing and now I’m pretty sure this is my best cut. I tried explaining my inconvenient and odd cowlicks to her and how I “usually” have my hair cut but she assured me that she can see what’s going on up there and knows what to do and she did. The cut was a little on the expensive side but I definitely got what I paid for and there is a membership program that offers a pretty substantial discount. After my wedding I will definitely continue going here.
My husband has troublesome hair and I had heard about 18/8 from some friends. Well he saw Dana let me tell you, this is the best haircut and experience he has ever had. Not only did they give him a haircut handcrafted in a timely manner. They went out of Their way to make him and myself feel like we were family.
